We went to lunch with my sister at Wendy's. It used to be Tuesday but due to summer vacation its temporarily been moved to Wednesday. Normally I don't have a problem with carrying a tray. Though I hate doing it with drinks cause I'm always afraid of dropping them. Well my sister gave me one of the new quarters and I had it in my hand. Well I knew I should have put it in my shoe but I didn't. Well my sister got a small chili to go on her salad and I got a hamburger and french fries and my mom got a baked potato. Well my niece Kimberly, who was there too also got a hamburger and french fries. Both fries and Chili and 2 drinks were on my tray. Well I almost spilled one of the drinks but I made it to the table and was relived thinking I made it to the table everythings all right now. Well I took Kimberly's fries off and some how I lost control of the tray. I spilled the chili and almost all my fries but I was able to catch it and save half the chili and almost all my fries. I only spilled a few. This lady that worked there I guess saw the whole thing or at least the aftermath and came over and as we were cleaning up and went to replace the chili for free. She was going to the fries but even I didn't agrue when my mom said no cause she was right, I only lost a few. I was happy and lucky.

Well first something happened and I still don't know what but for some reason I started itching. You might think no big deal, but you'd be wrong! Oh My arms, legs and almost all my body is one big itch! And it usually don't stop till I either make a sore or make one bleed! Well my sister now refuses to touch me or hug me because of it! She's afraid she'll catch it. My mom dhugs me every night and she hasn't caught it! Well all the anti-itch creams haven't worked. Sometimes they work a little but not much. Well my sister bought me some allery/sinus medication. It sais your runny eyes, itchy throat and things like that. none of which I had. But then since nothing else worked I've tried it. It's cut it down a great deal. I still have spells and itch like mad but its gone down a great deal. I've slowed down on taking it but in doing so the itching has increased. So I need to go back to taking it more often.

The creature well we still don't know what it was, but we bought a bunch of corn forthe squirels and it ate almost all of them! Then we set up the cage with apples and penuts. Well it eats all of that and trips the cage but still gets away. Plus we can still hear it nawing into the door.

Well today we had the pretrail thing for unclean yard. we were thinking it was something to do with the palms from the palm trees in the front yard. Well we were listeningto a few of the others and one guys ticket was 1,056. A thousand dollars! We really feared thats what ours would be. then some people in front of us, this woman had 2 kids and I'd say about the older boy was about 12 and the girl seemed to be about 9 give or take. She asked a police officer that was in the back of the room if he could see about getting her case heard early cause the little girl was sick. well she did and after a couple of more calls for people she got her case heard. Though she looked like she was in for the long hall and ready to fight out her case right then and there! But finally they settled for a court trial.

They said that a court trail by judge will be another 6 months before you get your case heard. But if you want a trial by jury the distract attorney that was there handling all the cases said that it would be just like the series Law & Order. But that the jury trial you won't get your case heard for a year! Then you have to come back twice just to have their case presented then your case presented! Several people chose the trail by judge.

Well our case it seemed was all for some trash we had in front of the garage back in July!! Just after the jerks next door moved in! The sad part to it all is that the junk they were claiming was all trash that was going to go down the next day which was trash day! Well we asked how to get info on who turned us in and they said file and open records request. We did that and the lawyer gave the run around on the privacy act saying that they couldn't tell us! Well we filed a new request with the exact wording that the lawyer assistant guy the man that was helping the distant attorney guy. We know who did it but we want thier name!

We got lucky and only had to pay $53.00 which they said was the minimum. they were going to compain about the birdbath that was in the pic and try to claim it was trash or something. They said that your not allowed to put the trash your going to put out for pick up the next day out in the open! Which isn't fair! Then when we went to pay the fine and the line was backed up and we stood there for five minutes and the line never once moved! A few people came in but even at that they got right in the longer line cutting in! But we were able to just pay at the front desk and leave but the line never once moved the entire time we were there!

Well my brother-in-law was suppose to be here today between 1-2. Well my mom wanted me to get up at 10! It's like I don't think so! Well about 12:20 she made me get up and get ready. About 4 it's like he aint coming. I'm going back to bed! I went to be at 5 this morning. But later my mom called my sister to ask. My brother-in-law was all like I meant tommorow! Me and my mom were both like NO he said today. He said he had to go to the doctor. But said he'd be by tommorow. And it's like we have to work tommorw. He told my sister to tell my mom that he'd be over about 3 or later tommorow. I'm like screw this. Well just get the paper work from him and take it ourselves. My mom asked if I did anything to piss him off. I'm like well he asked me if I was going to rush into the house and sign up for all those jobs online the minute I get into the house and do it. Well then he asked if I was planning to go back to bed? I suppose I shouldn't have but I did. I said yes. I guess that pissed him off that I wasn't going to jump for joy and say oh goody I can't wait to rush in there and do that. I still have dial up and it takes time. but six flags was one of the online things he wanted me to sign up for and it was going to take at least 20 minutes to complete. At least thats what the site said. I told him that I'd do it tonight. It's not like the site was going anywhere. It wasn't going to run off. But I think that miffed him off that I wasn;t going to run in here and do it the first thing.

We did get a phone call I feared it was him, but it was only the computer people saying they should have the data out of my computer Saturday! I hope so!

I am litterly going to kill the little brats next door. It's bad enough that we cant put stakes on our wood cut outs and spread them out in the yard. We' have to nail then to the house or the deck! We didn't at first till one year one got stolen! If I ever see it in a yard I'm going to get it back! But now we have the brats next door to condend with! It's bad enough that they're always over here just to be here. My mom thinks they were jumping on the deck. Which wouldn't surpise me. Well the only have one cut out out in the yeard and that of Santa and the raindeer. Well I have lights going around him and the raindeer and that's the reins. Then lights in front and back to represent like runway lights. Well they go and decide the back line should be reins too and not only put that on there but jerk it and unplug others it was attatched to. Then because of their screwing around one whole strand stopped working all together. It was working fine all day till they decided to screw around. I'm out of straight line white lights. I only have colored mess lights. Mesh lights are the type that streatch out over bushes or wrap around trees. I have one set thats the line between the two are stretched. Well then I had thought today when I went to try to add another strand to some palm trees we have across the stretch of yard near the mail box and wrapped some lights around them but getting it around them and past the cactus and yuckas it came up short one palm tree. I don't have enough working lights to get over there. I have three strands that only half work. But since this second half isn't working the plug on the end to attatch another strand also isn't working! I worked from 7:20 off and on till 11 stopping and comming in to defrost cause even with my gloves I was still freezing. It took that long to get the lights working. I did ask my mom about 8:30 to come out and help. About 10:30 when I lacked one strand she gets up offering to help! It's like yeah now that its finished you want to get up and help. I brought in the half working strands to get my mom to work on them tonight. But since I think my sisters comming over she probably wont tonight.

My sisters weird. For as long as I can remember she never wanted to come over and stay. then suddenly the past few months she's gotten it into her head to suddenly start comming over on fridays. She mets my mom and lately me for lunch on tuesdays even though she was a nit wit and didn't call to tell us this week she couldn't make it we usually do meet. She said she called to tell us she couldn't make it. Then later she realized that she'd called HER home and left the message there.
